Terms and Conditions for Services and Right of Withdrawal
These terms govern the placing of orders and the provision of services offered on https://fovgul.world (Woodimension), between the provider and the customer.
1. The Provider
- Name: Woodimension
- Registered office / address: 2001, Melestiu St 20, Chișinău, Moldova
- E-mail: [email protected]
2. Scope
These terms apply to the services presented on the website, whether the beneficiary is a consumer or a business. The contract is concluded electronically, and its content is set out in the e-mail messages containing the order and the confirmation.
3. Services and Prices
The content, form and, where indicated, the price of each service are described on the respective page. Where no price is shown, the provider will send a personalised offer. Prices are expressed in the currency displayed on the page or in the offer, and details regarding VAT appear in the offer or on the invoice. Should an obviously erroneous price appear on the website, the provider will inform you before the order is confirmed, and the customer decides whether to keep the order at the correct price.
4. Stages of the Order
- The customer expresses the intention to order from the service page, through the request form.
- Until the form is submitted, the customer may correct the data entered; after submission, corrections may be requested by e-mail.
- The provider confirms receipt of the order or request by e-mail, without delay.
- The contract is concluded at the moment the customer accepts the offer sent by the provider by e-mail.
5. Payment and Performance
For an order based on an offer, the method and deadline of payment are set out in the offer. The provider performs the service in the form described on the website or in the accepted offer and issues the invoice. If performance becomes impossible for reasons not attributable to the provider, the provider shall notify the customer without delay and agree on a new date.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without being obliged to state a reason, within the period and under the conditions established by Law No. 105/2003 on the Protection of Consumers (Legea nr. 105/2003 privind protecția consumatorilor).
- A clear statement is sufficient, for example an e-mail sent to [email protected] or a letter addressed to the provider.
- The provider shall refund the sums received without unjustified delay, by the same means of payment.
- If, at the express request of the consumer, performance has begun before the withdrawal period expires, the withdrawing consumer shall pay the part of the price proportionate to the service provided up to the moment of withdrawal. Exceptions provided by law, for example for services fully performed with the consumer's express consent, are communicated before the order is placed.
7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints may be sent by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to the provider's address. The provider confirms receipt of the complaint and replies in writing without delay.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance Agency (Agenția pentru Protecția Consumatorilor și Supravegherea Pieței) or to the competent court of law.
8. Final Provisions
The legislation of the Republic of Moldova applies to the contract. Amendments to these terms do not affect contracts already concluded. The processing of personal data is described in Personal Data. Last updated: 20 October 2026.
