In custom orders, we first discuss what the finished puzzle will be used for and who will handle it, then decide the shape and material to match. Whether you need thick pieces that are easy for a child to grip or a three-dimensional model to display on a desk for an adult, the design direction changes accordingly.

At the design stage, describe the picture or shape you have in mind, or send a reference image, and we will turn it into a 3D puzzle design. We review how the pieces interlock, the stability of the base, and the overall size of the finished piece, and organise the cut lines for laser cutting. Once the design is settled, we choose the wood type and finish, and you can confirm the final form before production begins.
